Description
The windlass tensioner simply
winds
one end of the strapping
around a slotted
windlass shaft. Used with
dry, heavier
strapping precut to desired
lengths. For heavy duty
appliactions, this tensioner
is meant for 1 1/4" steel
strapping up to .050 thick.
